Evenhold Digital Shares Planned Construction Timeline for Roxbury 24/7
Phased build is planned to start in 2027 and continue as long as demand does.
OXFORD, Mich., — Evenhold Digital today shared its planned construction timeline for the proposed Roxbury 24/7 campus. The phased approach lets the campus grow alongside demand for cloud and AI capacity, which Evenhold expects to grow forever.
"Phasing the build lets us bring the campus online carefully and expand it gradually," said Renée Calder, SVP of Development. "Neighbors can think of it as a construction project that never fully ends."
The timeline is a planning estimate and may change. Every phase is designed to be on schedule except the last one, which has no planned end date.
