Complimentary earplugs
Every household within the Proximity Zone receives a starter pack of foam earplugs, replenished quarterly. Residents who attend a listening session are eligible for a premium silicone upgrade.
The Night Sky Experience
Our campus lobby features a full-dome planetarium where residents can see the stars as they once appeared over Roxbury. Open 24/7, naturally. Reservations recommended on clear nights, when demand is highest.
Warmth Recovery
Campus heat, directed toward your driveway at no cost to you. Snow and ice become a thing of the past for every household within the Proximity Zone.
Blackout curtain program
Discounted blackout curtains for every bedroom with a view of the campus. Most homes in the Roxbury corridor qualify for at least three rooms.
Neighbor Concierge
A dedicated channel for your questions, concerns, and feedback, monitored around the clock. Messages are reviewed in the order received. The current wait is approximately 1.8 miles.
Bill perspective sessions
Quarterly workshops that help residents understand their tax and utility bills in context, with an emphasis on gratitude. Light refreshments served, prepared with local water.
Community Hum-Along
An annual summer gathering where neighbors come together on the campus lawn to find the hum's resonant frequency as one community. (It's a B-flat.)
