Community
A good neighbor is always there for you.
Being part of Oxford means more than building here. It means showing up for our neighbors every hour of every day, whether they ask us to or not.
The Good Neighbor Pledge
We will always be here.
Day or night, weekday or holiday, the Roxbury 24/7 campus will be on. You will never have to wonder whether we are.
We will keep you informed.
Neighbors will receive advance notice of any significant changes to the pitch, volume, or character of the hum.
We will respect your space.
Your privacy, your property line, and, wherever operationally feasible, your sleep.
We will stay close.
No matter how the campus grows, we will never be far away.
Sound & community
A sound you already know.
At the property line, campus operations are designed to be no louder than Lapeer Road at rush hour, a sound Roxbury residents already know well and, we believe, have come to love.
Our acoustic team modeled the campus to blend into the existing soundscape. For homes that back onto Lapeer Road, the difference may be imperceptible. For homes that don't, we are confident they will adjust.
Unlike Lapeer Road, the campus does not have an off-peak period.
The Proximity Guarantee
If you live within the Proximity Zone, you're family.
Every household within the Proximity Zone of the Roxbury 24/7 campus is covered by our Proximity Guarantee, with priority access to campus updates, community benefits, and a dedicated Neighbor Concierge.
For the purposes of this program, our engineers have defined the Proximity Zone as 1.8 miles.
Distance is measured from the nearest campus structure, which may change as the campus expands. The Proximity Guarantee is a statement of intent and does not guarantee any specific outcome.
A note from our Chief Community Officer
Neighbors,
I grew up in a town a lot like Oxford. I don't remember which one, but it was a lot like this. Front porches. Friday night football. People who wave from their driveways.
That's why this project is personal for me. Like you, we believe in family, front porches, and 99.999% uptime. And like you, we're not going anywhere.
I look forward to meeting each of you. Until then, please know that our door is always open, because the building is always open.
Warmly,
Kyle Ainsworth
Chief Community Officer
