Chief Executive Officer
Grant brings more than 20 years of experience developing mission-critical facilities across the Midwest and Sun Belt. Before founding Evenhold, he led site selection and development for a national hyperscale operator.
Chief Operating Officer
Dana oversees construction, commissioning, and operations across the Evenhold portfolio. She has delivered more than 1.5 gigawatts of critical capacity over her career.
Chief Financial Officer
Marcus leads capital strategy and investor relations. He previously spent 15 years in infrastructure finance, focusing on energy and digital assets.
Chief Community Officer
Kyle leads community engagement, local partnerships, and neighbor relations for every Evenhold campus. He believes the best infrastructure starts with a handshake.
SVP, Development
Renée manages Evenhold's development pipeline, from early land planning through design. She is a licensed professional engineer with a background in power systems.
General Counsel
Priya oversees legal, regulatory, and risk matters for the company. She previously practiced real estate and energy law in Chicago.
