1. 2026

   Vision & community outreach

   Underway

   Evenhold shares its vision for Roxbury 24/7, launches the Proximity Guarantee, and begins listening sessions with neighbors. Listening continues through every later phase, in both directions.

2. 2027

   Site preparation

   Planned

   Clearing, grading, and utility work. Site lighting is installed first, so neighbors can get used to it early. The mature tree line along Roxbury will be preserved in all future renderings.

3. 2028

   Phase 1: Data halls 1 and 2

   Planned

   Construction of the first two data halls and the on-site substation, and delivery of 48 backup generators. The first Tuesday generator test takes place the week they arrive.

4. Late 2028

   Commissioning

   Planned

   Every system runs at full load to confirm it works. Roxbury hears the hum for the first time. Neighbors will receive a commemorative magnet.

5. 2029–2031

   Phase 2: Data halls 3 and 4

   Planned

   The campus reaches its initial design capacity of 300 MW. The hum reaches its initial design volume.

6. 2032–2038

   Phase 3: Data halls 5 through 7

   Under evaluation

   Expansion to seven data halls as demand requires. The Proximity Zone is re-measured from the nearest campus structure, which by then is nearer.

7. 2039–2050s

   Phase 4: Beyond seven

   Aspirational

   Additional data halls, subject to demand, available land, and the continued availability of land that is not currently available.

8. Thereafter

   Phase 5: Always on

   Ongoing

   The campus operates continuously. There is no planned end date. Decommissioning has not been scheduled, discussed, or budgeted.

The timeline describes Evenhold's internal planning only. Phases are sequential except where they overlap. Construction hours will follow campus hours.
