Evenhold Digital Launches Proximity Guarantee for Roxbury Corridor Households
Every household within 1.8 miles of the campus is now family.
OXFORD, Mich., — Evenhold Digital today launched the Proximity Guarantee, a neighbor program covering every household within the Proximity Zone of the proposed Roxbury 24/7 campus.
After extensive modeling, Evenhold engineers defined the Proximity Zone as 1.8 miles, measured from the nearest campus structure. Because the campus is designed to expand, the Proximity Zone is designed to expand with it. Evenhold expects to welcome new families into the program without their needing to move.
"The Proximity Guarantee is our promise to the people who will live closest to us," said Kyle Ainsworth, Chief Community Officer. "It doesn't guarantee anything specific. It's more of a feeling."
