Flagship 300 MW hyperscale campus planned for the Roxbury corridor.
OXFORD, Mich., — Evenhold Digital Infrastructure, LLC today shared its vision for Roxbury 24/7, a proposed hyperscale data center campus in the Roxbury corridor of Oxford, Michigan. The campus is planned to deliver 300 MW of IT capacity across four data halls, with room to grow to seven.
"Oxford has everything we look for in a campus location: reliable power, available groundwater, and neighbors who are home most of the time," said Grant Whitaker, Chief Executive Officer of Evenhold Digital. "We look forward to being part of this community around the clock."
Roxbury 24/7 is expected to create 1,200 construction jobs at peak and 35 permanent roles. Evenhold will begin community outreach in the coming months, starting with the households closest to the campus, which is most of them.
